1. Introduction

Welcome to HolaVLC.com. By accessing or using this website and our consultancy services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of this site and do not use our services.

HolaVLC provides independent advisory and support services for individuals and businesses interested in purchasing, renovating, or renting property within the Province of Valencia, Spain.

2. Nature of Services

HolaVLC offers consulting, informational, and administrative support services, including:

  • General guidance on local procedures, documentation, taxation, and administrative steps.

  • Assistance in understanding neighbourhoods, areas, and lifestyle factors.

  • Preparation of informational summaries about properties selected by the client.

  • Support for clients during their preparation for property viewings.

  • Coordination of appointments with third-party providers, such as real estate agencies, contractors, or legal professionals.

  • Support with post-purchase administrative matters.

  • Assistance in obtaining renovation quotes and offering non-technical renovation insights.

  • General information about market tendencies related to rentals.

All services are strictly informational and advisory.

3. Legal Disclaimer / Regulatory Clarification

HolaVLC is not a real estate brokerage, real estate agent, property manager, or intermediary.

Specifically, HolaVLC does not:

  • Mediate or negotiate real estate transactions.

  • Represent clients in purchase, sale, rental, or management of properties.

  • Make decisions or sign contracts on behalf of clients.

  • Intervene between buyer and seller, landlord and tenant, or any contracting parties.

  • Carry out the functions defined as “mediación, asesoramiento y gestión” in real estate transactions, as described under Decreto 98/2022 of the Valencian Community.

All decisions and contractual obligations remain entirely with the client and the licensed third-party professionals they choose to engage (real estate agents, notaries, lawyers, contractors, architects, etc.).

Accordingly, HolaVLC operates outside the regulatory scope applicable to real estate intermediaries in Spain and the Valencian Community.

4. Consultancy Fees

HolaVLC provides paid consultancy services.
Fees for advisory services may be fixed, hourly, or package-based and are determined exclusively by the site owner.

Clients acknowledge and accept that:

  • Consultancy fees may be dependent of the value of each property.

  • Consultancy fees are not commissions for real estate transactions, nor do they substitute fees owed to licensed professionals.

  • Payment of consultancy fees is required prior to or upon service delivery, according to the conditions set out by HolaVLC.

5. Third-Party Services

HolaVLC may provide information about or facilitate contact with independent third-party providers. These providers operate autonomously and are not employees, representatives, or partners of HolaVLC.

HolaVLC is not responsible for:

  • The performance, quality, reliability, or outcomes of third-party services.

  • Any contractual agreements clients enter into with third parties.

  • Any damages or losses derived from third-party actions.

Clients are solely responsible for selecting and verifying any third party they choose to hire.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate and truthful information required for consultancy.

  • Make all decisions related to property acquisition, renovation, and rental independently.

  • Consult appropriate licensed professionals when required by law (lawyers, architects, engineers, real estate agents, etc.).

HolaVLC does not provide legal, technical, engineering, architectural, or financial services.

7. Limitation of Liability

HolaVLC offers advisory services based on experience, publicly available information, and good-faith interpretations of local procedures. However:

  • We do not guarantee the accuracy, availability, legality, or profitability of any property.

  • We do not assume liability for decisions made by clients.

  • Our services are not a substitute for official professional advice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HolaVLC is not liable for direct or indirect damages arising from the use of our services.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this site—including text, images, branding, and materials—is owned by HolaVLC and may not be used or reproduced without written permission.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

HolaVLC complies with GDPR and applicable Spanish and Valencian data protection laws.
Personal information will be used solely for providing services and will not be sold or disclosed without consent, except when necessary to deliver the requested service.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by:

  • Spanish national law

  • Legislation of the Valencian Community, including consumer protection and service provision regulations

By using this website and its services, clients expressly agree that any dispute, claim, or legal matter shall be resolved exclusively by the Courts of Valencia (Tribunales de Valencia).
